Riverside Crafts was founded in 2005 and is not a V.A.T. registered business.
1.Dispatch Policy.
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within the time stated on each individual item for sale. During times of high demand, if we are unable to despatch your order within the time scale, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
2.Prices and Tax.
As Riverside Crafts is not a V.A.T. registered business, the price shown for the goods does not include or exclude V.A.T. Prices exclude postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Prices for postage are calculated on the weight of the individual goods. You are required to pay the delivery charges for the goods. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
3.Payment and Delivery.
Payment for the goods, including postage and packing will be made at the time of the order, by any of the payment methods shown.
Delivery will be made only to the address you specify on the order form. Goods will only be delivered to the card holders address.
4.Multi Currency.
The Multi Currency system shown on this site, is intended for your information only. Due to constant fluctuations in currency rates it is an approximate guide only. Payment for goods will be made in GBP Sterling.
5.Sale of Goods.
Only once your order has been accepted and acknowledge does a contract exsist between yourself and Riverside Crafts, this is a legal binding contract. This contract gives you the right to cancel - please see section Cancellation and Returns.
6.Cancellation and Returns.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods ( reasonable time allowances will be made for overseas customers, providing contact has been made within 7 working days). Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays. To make a return in this instance, you must give written notice to Riverside Crafts either by post or e-mail at the details provided on this website. Please give details of your order and delivery. You will be responsible for the costs incurred to return your goods. Goods should be returned unopened and undamaged in a re-saleable condition. Once you have notified Riverside Crafts that you are cancelling the contract, you will receive a refund within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods.
Any item that appears to be faulty or incomplete on arrival shall be replaced or refunded free of charge, including all postage costs. To make a return, please contact Riverside Crafts at the details shown on this website, in writing either by post or e-mail giving details of the order and fault. Please make returns within seven working days of delivery (reasonable further time allowances will be made for overseas customers, providing contact is made by yourselves within 7 working days of delivery with details of the return).
7.Complaints Procedure.
If you have any complaint regarding this website or it's contents, please contact Riverside Crafts immediately by phone, post or e-mail. All complaints will be acknowledge within one working day. Any complaints will be dealt with efficiently and confidentially within seven working days.
8.Colours & Image Manipulations.
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. Whilst every effort is made to show the image in its true dimensions, on occassion, due to pixel limits on this site, the image may appear square when it is infact rectangle. The size approximations stated on each item will give a more accurate shape.
9.Description of the goods.
Riverside Crafts have made every effort to describe the goods as accurately as possible on this website, and all items shown are sold subject to their description. Sizes where applicable are approximations only.
10.Confidentiality.
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Riverside Crafts would like to send you via e-mail from time to time, information of products, new releases and special offers that we believe might be of interest to you. If you would like to be notified of this information, please complete the form "Add me to your mailing list". You may at any time ask for your information to be altered or deleted whole or part, by giving written notice. In this instance you will be sent confirmation.
11.Viruses and Defects.
Riverside Crafts cannot be held responsible for damage to your computer or any software caused by any viruses or defects. We make every effort to ensure that this site is free from viruses and defects, we do not have any control over any links to other sites that may have been placed on this website, and do not accept any liability in respect of links used. It is your responsibility to have the appropriate software installed on your own computer that prevents damage to your computer and software. Riverside Crafts do not accept any liability to any person for loss or damage to computer or software arising from using this website.
12.Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
13.Jurisdiction.
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
14.Riverside Crafts Rights.
All rights, including copyright on this website are licensed to Riverside Crafts by the respective acknowledged companies. You may not use the contents of this website, by copying or storing in whole or part, other than for your own personal/non-commercial use. The copying or storing is prohibited without the written permission of Riverside Crafts.
15.Consumer Rights.
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
