| Postage is FREE to UK Mainland postcodes on orders over £25.00. Otherwise postage starts at just 75p for UK Mainland. All goods are sent by Royal Mail First Class within the United Kingdom and Airmail for orders outside the United Kingdom. We obtain a certificate of posting for all goods, this ensures that your goods are covered for loss or damage up to the value of £30.00, whilst in the mailing process. This means you will receive compensation should this event occur. Riverside Crafts can not be held responsible for loss or damage in the mailing process. |

| Goods are normally shipped out within the time scale offered on each individual item. If we are unable to dispatch your order within the given time scale, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling your order. |

| Returns - Right to Cancel | |
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods ( reasonable time allowances will be made for overseas customers, providing contact has been made within 7 working days). To make a return in this instance, you must give written notice to Riverside Crafts either by post or e-mail at the details provided on this website. Please give details of your order and delivery. You will be responsible for the costs incurred to return your goods. Goods should be returned unopened and undamaged in a re-saleable condition You will receive a refund within 30 days.

| Returns - Goods faulty | |
Any item that appears to be faulty or incomplete on arrival shall be replaced or refunded free of charge, including all postage costs. To make a return, please contact Riverside Crafts at the details shown on this website, in writing either by post or e-mail, please give details of the order and fault. Please make returns within 7 working days of delivery (reasonable further time allowances will be made for overseas customers), providing contact is made by yourselves within 7 working days of delivery with details of the return.
